What to Wear & Bring:

Long pantsSturdy, closed-toed shoesWeather-appropriate clothing and layers (Warm jacket, rain jacket, hat, extra layer, etc.)Sunglasses (Optional; For sun protection during outside activities.)Work gloves (Optional; Available through MetroParks.)Water bottle (we will have a refill station avalible)SnacksMetroParks will provide all other tools necessary to complete the tasks for the day.

Weather: We will work through light rain but cancel for thunderstorms or severe weather. Please check the forecast to ensure you all bring the necessary items and wear the proper clothing.

 

Accommodations: The MetroParks may provide accommodation to volunteer project participants depending on the nature of the tasks. Any request must be sent directly to the Manager of Volunteer Resources at least two days before the project begins.
