Who We Are

Pro Seniors offers 3 pillar services to help people with legal and long-term care needs. Our legal helpline offers 1/2 hour appointments to speak with an attorney, on any subject, as long as you are a resident of Ohio and over the age of sixty. The long-term care ombudsman program advocates for residents who live in nursing, assisted living and group homes. Senior Medicare Patrol helps educate people on fraud and scams that target seniors.

What We Do

In Southwest Ohio there are over 20,000 residents who live in nursing, assisted living, or group homes and many need someone who will help them receive quality care and enjoy a quality life. Long-term Care Ombudsman volunteers advocate for people who live in long-term care settings, working to resolve problems related to the health, safety, welfare, and rights of residents. You'll receive 36 hours of training, adopt a nearby nursing or assisted living home, visit once per month.
