4C for Children

Our Vision: That all children have a quality early learning experience, enter school ready to succeed, and reach their full potential. Our Mission: To educate and support the adults who care for young children and advocate for public support for quality early education and care for all children. Our Conviction: That the best way to impact young children is to educate and support the adults who care for them.

For child care programs, 4C for Children offers high-quality training and coaching for early childhood professionals who work in licensed child care settings. As a sponsor of the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP), 4C helps licensed child care centers and family child care providers in Southwest Ohio and Miami Valley promote healthy eating habits and receive reimbursement for serving nutritious, well-balanced meals. For families, 4C for Children also provides free consumer education and referrals to parents or other guardians, using a comprehensive listing of licensed centers and preschool programs, family child care homes, Head Start programs and school-age child care options. Services include child care searches, referrals to community resources and educational information on selecting quality care.
