Who We Are

Crossroads Hospice volunteers provide companionship and support to the patient and family. All hospice volunteers are required to attend volunteer training at the hospice. The volunteers of Crossroads Hospice visit hospice patients to provide companionship. When you visit a patient you can sit and talk, read, listen to music, take them outside, do crafts or maybe even just be a presence. Come join our team of compassionate volunteers.

What We Do

At Crossroads Hospice we believe hospice is a philosophy of care. It treats the person rather than the disease and focuses on quality of life. It surrounds the patient and family with a team consisting of professionals who not only address physical distress, but emotional and spiritual issues as well. Crossroads Hospice care services are patient-centered because the needs of the patient and family drive the activities of the hospice team. Crossroads is committed to being at the forefront of the hospice care industry, to continually shape the way palliative and hospice care are viewed and administered so that everyone can expect more.
