PAWS Adoption Center

PAWS has a very extensive volunteer program with many opportunities for all skill levels. We partner with other community agencies to share resources and continue to operate on a lean budget. It is our charge to provide excellent care for all our adoptable animals with as many donated hours as possible.All of our volunteers attend an orientation before working along side us at PAWS, and we have three tiers of volunteerism and provide in-house training for each. We offer a comprehensive dog handling course for those volunteers who will be working directly with the dogs. This training is provided free of charge, as we are dedicated to building and educated, safe, and knowledgeable volunteer force. Join us and donate your time and energy. The animals will benefit and you will too!

PAWS Adoption Center, is a no-kill non-profit animal shelter. For 35 years, we have been finding loving homes for animals in need. Our dedicated staff and volunteers keep the animals' care and happiness at the forefront of ever decision throughout the adoption process.From intake, to training, through the adoption process, and future contingency planning, we are here to serve the animals and the families who care for them like we do. PAWS wants to ensure a happy and fulfilled life for all of the animals whose lives we have been called to save. All animals are vetted prior to adoption, including spayed or neutered and are healthy. We take great pride in our experience with animals and are always glad to share this knowledge with those who share our love for the animals.
