Christmas in the Village Volunteers
Enjoy Christmas in Hamilton's Historic German Village at the North 3rd Street Plaza! Free carriage rides throughout the village, Christmas Carol Karaoke, live music, local choirs, and a DJ. Treat yourself to delicious food and festive drinks! Please come out and volunteer while spreading Christmas holiday cheer!
November 26th at 9AM: 4 volunteers needed to help set up the outside decorations in the village.
December 7th at 12PM: 4 volunteers to help set up the set up for the event.
December 8th 12PM-2PM and 2PM-4PM: 2 shifts of 2 volunteers to help organize the carriage rides.
December 8th 12PM-2PM and 2PM-4PM: 2 shifts of 2 volunteers to help sell pretzels and beverages.
December 8th 12PM-2PM and 2Pm-4PM: 2 shifts of 2 volunteers to help with the kids craft table.
December 8th 12PM-2PM and 2PM-4PM: 2 shifts of 4 volunteers to help direct visitors to bathrooms, carriage rides, food, etc.
December 8th 1PM-2PM and 2PM-3PM: 2 shifts of 2 volunteers to help direct visitors around the carriage house.
December 8th 4PM-5PM: 4 Volunteers to move tables at the end of the event.
