Event Description:
Find the fun side of nature when you become a Nature Explorer. This summer-long series shows you unique ways to get hands-on experience with nature and explore your favorite MetroParks.
Every great adventure starts with a step in the right direction. Make sure you're headed in the right direction as you Find Your Way in Nature. Become a compass master and then show off your wayfinding wizardry on our practice courses.

Task:
Help set up program activities, assist staff, meet n greet families, clean up after program.
Weather:
We will work through light rain and snow but cancel for thunderstorms or severe weather. Please check the forecast to ensure you all bring the necessary items and wear the proper clothing.
Accommodations:
The MetroParks may provide accommodation to volunteer project participants depending on the nature of the tasks. Any request must be sent directly to the Manager of Volunteer Resources at least two days before the project begins
