- In August our new first-years will be moving onto campus and will need your help! This will be an excellent opportunity to get your organization's name out to potential members and make our new students feel at home at Miami. We are looking for student organization members to help our new students get loaded in to their new homes in the residence halls!
Please only sign up if you can make a commitment to your organization, Student Activities, and Miami that you will be present to help first years during your assigned shift. You must sign up as an individual and we will do our best to assign organizations to similar residence hall quads so you are working together. Please put the name of your organization in the notes section! This is the only way we can match you with your organization. If you do not do so you will not be with other members of your org.
You will not receive a confirmation and will be given any and all slots you sign up for, so please only sign up for shifts that you feel you can complete.
